Emergency Boiler Repair is all about rapid response! We sit down with Jenny from Manchester who discovered her boiler wasn't working just as she was running the bath for her toddler.
The bath and bed routine is chaos in any house with kids, without throwing in the need for an emergency boiler repair. When the hot water wasn't working one evening I had to boil kettles and bath my two year old daughter in the sink!
I'm usually quite good around the house, I can bleed a radiator and get stuck into DIY, but I took one look at my boiler and knew something wasn't right. I asked on Facebook for recommendations and a few local people (and my Aunt who lives in Stretford) pointed toward Fusion.
I spoke to a lovely woman on the phone who worked out the best time for someone to come out to see the boiler - I had nursery drop off to contend with and didn't want the engineer to show up at the same time, so she worked around me.
Dan arrived at the booked time and got straight to work on the boiler. Apparently it wasn't a big deal as far as emergency boiler repairs go as he didn't need any extra parts and solved the issue there and then.
Less than an hour later and our boiler was repaired and the heating was kicking in.
Can I just say, I really appreciate how kind the people in the Fusion office were, I couldn't even start to tell them what was wrong with the boiler but they told me not to worry, that I'm not a Gas Engineer! They were really kind and very helpful with sorting out an appointment around my daughter.
