Electric Vehicle Charge Point Installer

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain EV charge points.
- Conduct site surveys and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Provide expert advice to customers on charging solutions.
Requirements:
- City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation (with NVQ & AM2).
- City & Guilds 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
- EV Charging 2919 qualification (preferred).
- Experience in electrical systems and EV infrastructure.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in gas servicing and repairs.
- Gas ACS Qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1.
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills.

Location: Head Office, Warrington
Reports To: Office Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule appointments for gas and EV services.
- Provide professional customer service as the first point of contact.
- Support planning and logistics for installations and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and field teams to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in office administration, scheduling, or customer service (gas/EV experience is a plus).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferred).
