Once you've chosen your charger, we'll arrange an installation time that works best for you. We have the capabilities to install your charger within 14 days from order.
2. Complete a Quick Survey
We'll send you a short, user-friendly online survey to ensure all paperwork is in order and to notify your Distribution Network Operator (DNO).
3. Installation and set up
At the scheduled time, we'll install your charger and give you a full demonstration, including guidance on using any associated apps.
