About the Role

As an Inbound Sales Agent, you'll play a
vital role in converting incoming leads into successful sales, managing customer interactions, and supporting the full sales process. You’ll be joining
a fast-paced, high-performing team with a strong focus on results and customer
satisfaction. This is a flexible shift-based role (not fixed office hours), reflecting the
nature of our business and customer contact patterns. Once you’ve successfully
passed probation, you’ll have the opportunity to work up to three days per week
remotely.

Key Requirements

Customer Contact

Primary contact for a new direct sell to customers

Sales Conversion

High Volume Sales Conversion

Lead Management

Handling medium-value and high-volume lead pipelines

Inbound Handling

Managing web and telephone-based leads

Lead Recycling

Processing and recycling historic leads for re-sell opportunities

Order Processing

Processing orders through internal systems (e.g., Onroute)

Survey Coordination

Managing the EV survey and booking process

Payment Handling

Handling secure payment processes from customers

Team Liason

Liaising with the Booking Team and Engineer Management

Customer & Provider SLA Management

Managing customer SLA expectations

CRM Logging

Logging and tracking all leads via the CRM

Data Accuracy

Keeping lead data accurate and up to date

  • Ability to analyse sales data and performance metrics
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a team
  • Tech-savvy – able to use CRMs and sales tracking tools efficiently
